Sour Diesel

Sour Diesel, or Sour D, is a pungent 90/10 sativa-dominant hybrid created by AJ (Asshole Joe) in the early 90s from ChemDog 91 and Super Skunk.  The average THC content is 22 percent.  Flowering time for Sour Diesel is nine to ten weeks indoors, and early November for outdoors.   

The aroma profile is an odorous pungency of fuel, lemon, and skunk.  The flavor is an earthy, skunky diesel with a light sour citrus tone mixed in for good measure.  This is not a stealth smoke by any means.  

Sour Diesel is best used in the morning and daytime hours, as it really packs an energetic, caffeinated punch.  Early afternoon use is recommended to prevent mental burnout and lag.  

Medicinally, this plant is optimal for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and stress.  It is energizing and uplifting, and promotes creativity, focus, and mental clarity.
