Alpine Blue

Alpine Blue is a 60/40 sativa-dominant hybrid strain.  It is a cross between Blue Mystic and Power Plant.  The average THC content is supposedly around 15 to 17 percent.  

Flowering time for Alpine Blue is seven to nine weeks indoors, and late September outdoors in a warm, dry environment.  It is a relatively easy grow, but proper grooming and cropping or topping are required for best results.  

The aroma profile is a complex sweet blueberry and earthy, woody pine.  The flavor is sweet and earthy with a hint of flowers.  

Medicinally, this strain is great at reducing symptoms of depression, stress, bipolar, mood disorders, and fatigue.  It is recommended for daytime hours, but not suitable for people with anxiety disorders.  Alpine Blue is mildly sedating, which helps relieve pain, muscle spasms, and mild chronic migraines.  It also helps with certain gastrointestinal issues, inflammation, and arthritis.  It is a fairly well-rounded strain for medicinal purposes.
