Kosher Kush - Kosher OG

Kosher Kush, also known as Kosher OG, is a marijuana strain that has a bit of a background to its name and the story isn't 100% clear.  It is true the strain named Kosher Kush, from DNA Genetics, Reserva Privada won the High Times Cannabid Cup for Best Indica in 2010 & 2011.  Some say it was the first strain to ever been blessed by a Rabbi.  Hmm...Not sure about that but sounds pretty cool!  I'd smoke it just because of that.  The strain was originally a OG Kush cut from a group of Orthodox Jewish growers.  The name they came up with was Jew Gold that later was renamed Kosher Kush.  

Kosher Kush is great for insomnia and can put to right to sleep.  Smokers be warn it's a heavy hitter!  You'll feel the body and head high right away.  THC % have been known to be as high as 28-29%.  That's redonkulous!  Give me some please ;)  Although this strain will knock you on your ass/bed, it's not the highest yielder but a good yield at that.  It takes about 9 weeks to flower with frosty tricrombs all over the flowers.  As a true indica, it has a nice sweet lemon pine smell to it.  You could smell it from across the room.
