Ortega

Ortega is a 100 percent indica strain with roots all the way back to the’80s, created by Mr. Nice Seeds.  It is a cross between Northern Lights and Northern Lights #5.  The average THC content is up to 28 percent.  

Flowering time for Ortega is six to eight weeks indoors and mid-October outdoors in a warm, dry environment.  This strain is a little more on the difficult side and is intended for intermediate growers.  If you do decide to try this strain at home, it is highly recommended for inexperienced growers to seek out professional help or at least get their advice to get the best out of your crop.  

The aroma profile is spice and berry.  The flavor is peppery and berry.
