SFV OG - San Fernando Valley OG

SFV OG, also known as San Fernando Valley OG, is an indica dominate hybrid created at Cali Connection with the primary focus of strong pain relief and sedating properties.  SFV OG is a phenotype of OG Kush. 

Swerve, at Cali Connection, bred a SFV OG clone with an Afghani mail landrace to create SFV OG Kush.

In 2012, SFV OG placed third in the indica category at the High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam.  That same year, SFV OG took first place at the Denver Cannabis Cup.

SFV OG  grow time is about eight to ten weeks indoor, and mid-October outdoors.  Outdoors, it performs well in dry climates without much rainfall.  

SFV OG is great for nighttime use due to its sedating effects.  It is also commonly used for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and chronic pain.  The flavor profile is earthy and sweet with lemon and citrus undertones.
