Strawberry Cough

Strawberry Cough is an 85/15 sativa-dominant hybrid marijuana strain created by Kyle Kushman.  It is a cross between Strawberry Fields and Haze.  The  average THC content is between 15 and 22 percent. 

Fun fact:  This strain won the title of best flower in the 2013 Cannabis Cup in Denver.
Kyle Kushman was handed this strain from the East Coast and then traveled to Amsterdam where it became popular.  In 2007, the movie, Children of Men, created a big buzz around this marijuana strain and started to see Strawberry Cough in more marijuana dispensaries around the country.  

Flowering time for Strawberry Cough is eight to nine weeks indoors and mid-October outdoors in a warm and dry environment with temperatures in the 70 degrees Fahrenheit range.  

The aroma profile is strawberry and peppery.  The flavor is herbal, strawberry, and sweet.  

Medicinally, Strawberry Couch may help with anorexia (loss of appetite).  It relieves acute or chronic body aches and pains.  This strain may also help promote creativity, focus, and mental clarity; good for those who suffer from fatigue, exhaustion, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.
